I don't know how crafty you are but you can get long pieces of styrofoam and cut partly circles out of them at intervals. Get gold spray paint that will work on styrofoam and spray it. Get inexpensive epoxy resin on plastic jewels and put them on the styro surrounded by patterns. Put along the top outskirts of one wall, like the top of a mosque.
Put a hook surrounded by the ceiling over the head of your bed. Get a wooden embroidery or cheap wooden quilt hoop--or net one out of a coat hanger. Spray paint gold. Attach some colored bead strands to the hoop surrounded by a criss cross--get them at a party store--and sway the hoop from them on the hook.
Go to Home Depot or Lowe's and look for plumber's cloth--I use it for decorating weddings, showers, etc. It comes contained by widths and is very inexpensive. It can even be dyed surrounded by your washing contrivance. Get at least 50 foot. Cut the cloth in partly. Loop each partly up through the hoop and bring it down to the side of the head of your bed--you will enjoy two ends the same length on respectively side.
Get satin pillows that come in adjectives of the colors you described. Put a beaded screen on the doorway into your room or contained by front of a window.
Find a soft plump comforter within jewel colors and affix gold fringe around three sides for your bed.
Cover the pave the way and foot of your bed with quilt bat and then cover that next to a silky fabric using a staple gun and/or hot epoxy resin gun.
Swag the plumber's cloth up and over a curtain rod and let the tail hang down the sides if you hold a window contained by your room.
Deep rich colors won't make your room look smaller if you quit the walls a light color close to ivory, pale taupe, khaki.
Good luck
