How do I drape an apartment??
I simply bought a black leather couch and loveseat. Like a mild contemporary look. What are the rules on matching colors next to furtniture?
What are rules on black and brown being together?
Walls can be painted, hearth rug is sort of light tanish color.

Answers: Black and brown together near light tannish hearth rug is a great way to stir for a warm contemporary look. Go beside a medium mocha color for the walls, and articulation with shadowy rust or cranberry pillows, candles, vases, etc. Choose wall art that have a little of that articulation color, too. Go with a silk ficas tree (or a actual one if your have a green thumb), and perchance some brown or antique brass lamps.
The two rules are compliment the colors, or contrast next to them. My rule is buy what i like and place it where on earth it looks best to me.

Choose your accent color. It should be a color that really represents you. It is lime green, cream, red...? Choose one color, or at most two colors that are subsequent to eachother like red and ginger, or orange and pale. Since your couch is black u can choose any color. Make sure u use ur color only to diction and do not go crazy near it!
