We own a home that we are in the process of fixing up/staging to supply. The problem is when we bought it it was nominated as a three bedroom however it in adjectives reality appears as a two. Upstairs we hold a loft a 17x 17 loft (no door no closet stairs open directly to this space)with a skylight and small nook and a room off that give or take a few 15x12 with a skylight and small odd angle closet. I want to stage the loft as the master because it is much larger, he however think it should be the other room because it has the closet. I howeve suggest since these roomsare all i.e. upstairs why not make it appear approaching a huge master with I don`t know a siitng room or dressing room. What do you all conjecture would be a good road to stage these spaces.
also this is a cape cod house next to low pitched odd angle ceiling.
Answers: I like the thought of making the loft the master suite, but turn the 15x12 room into the closet/dressing area. People do love their closet space currently, and walk within closets are a huge selling point. Include a closet system like this:

it sounds resembling there is no bathroom within your loft, am i right? if not it would be tough to justify it as a master.
