Does anyone know how many feet are on a standard roll of wallpaper?
Answers:
A Single roll is usually about 16 feet long. Most wallpaper is sold in double rolls containing 32 ft. (or a bit more) or 56+ square feet depending on the width (usual width is 20.5 inches). One double roll will cover about 5 ft. in width with ceilings of 8 or 9 ft.

Wallpaper is usually sold in double rolls (mfr way of saying you must buy two rolls). A single roll holds approx. 16 ft. However, depending of the pattern repeat, you will loose some of the length each time you cut a strip to apply to the wall. If you aren't familiar with wallpapering, I'd suggest you make a trip to Sherwin Williams or other store and browse thru their books. In the back all Mfrs give handy tips and information and have charts on how to measure rooms for paper depending on ceiling height, the number of doors and windows, etc. It's well worth a little "homework" so you don't come up short in the middle of the project. Good luck!
