Should the stainless steel appliances that I just purchased for my re-modeled kithen, be RUSTING?

I thought that stainless steele could NOT RUST?
If it can rust, can I remove thr rust by using SOME CLEANING solution? What solution should I use?

Stainless steel absolutely should not rust. Contact the remodeler or the place where you bought the items and complain.
