Painting outdoors within a hot country...?

I live in a hot country (Thailand) and I hear that there is paint you can buy that mould cannot grow on... It's a moment ago a nice idea I construe... its green and growing upwards. This is a wall surrounding the house, so it's not my actual house getting mould. It's very frozen to wash rotten, though it's doable.

On my house as well, within is chipped paint where they've put a border around the house. What is the identify of this paint that I would use to re-paint the border, and because of tropical rains, what is the most sensible thought about both of these fine art endeavours to enact, so it won't get dilapidated by the rain and look broken up?

Regards

Then agree to the surface dry and use a primer like sherwin williams A100 thinned next to paint thinner 20% than you can use just more or less any kind of latex paint you resembling.
