How Can I Move Furniture Throughout My House?

I wanted to procure rid of an old desk from my room and appropriate the desk from my sisters room and use it as mine. Does anybody recommend a place that sends labor workers to that kind of stuff? If not I can hire a place I found on the internet to run my old desk but how do I gain the desk from my sis's room to mine because her desk won't fit through the door? Do I dismantle and reassemble it? Any tips?!?!?


Answers:    If your old desk is surrounded by good (re-sale) condition, abundant thrift store charities (Salvation Army, St. Vincent DePaul, etc) will come pick up it for free. Check the Yellow Pages for stores in your nouns.

If it won't fit through the door, then yeah you'll probably hold to dismantle it. With my fiance's desk, there be actually lone two pieces that stuck out too far that we had to remove to seize it through the door, and we didn't have to dismantle it completely.
So you want to get hold of rid of your desk, take your sisters desk and hire folks off the internet to do it. If your sisters desk will not fit through the door how did it go and get in the room within the first place?
