Does anyone know of any shows like TLCs Clean Sweep that cater to people in upstate NY?

My parents' house is a mess, and I'd really like to see them be able to take pride in it again. I can't afford to hire a professional organizer, so I'm looking for other alternatives. Clean Sweep doesn't seem to be accepting entries now. Does anyone know of any other similar shows?
