Is it a apt perception to compact floors after installing 2x4's forms thats used to paragraph the floors into bay.

is there a wrong or wright road this is done or it's no big deal which comes first.

Answers:    I am for a time unclear give or take a few how you are installing the floors but for any hard surface floor on title (concrete, asphalt, tile, pavers etc.) it is always a right idea to compact the sub plinth as much as is practical. The less the sub stub moves the better the floor will last. It is usually done prior to setting forms because the forms are knotty to work around and mainly compaction is expected to cause the forms to move.
