which is the best shade of paint to apply in a boy baby's room other than blue?
Answers:
greens are calming if hes on the sunny side of the house, yellow is cheering if hes on the shady side of the house, however we painted my grand daughters room pale blue, cieling too, then i painted clouds on the ceiling, and a big tree in one corner of the wall floor to ceiling and put fairies, humming birds, blue birds and butterflies in the leaves. it gave her little baby eyes something to lock on to.

Bisque or white.
Then you can add any color baby furniture or accessories you'd like.
Yes, I would go for the greens.
Friends of ours painted their little boys room a light orange. It also looks quite nice.
yellow
or juz keep it light blue with stars and moon
green or cream
rose pink , yellow with red or summer pink with blue
I just finished my little boys room and I too didn't want to go with just blue. What I did was take the babies crib set, his comforter, and really looked at the colors in it. His is rainbow fish and I painted his walls in a really pretty pastel green, more a blue green, that matches one of the colors in his comforter perfectly. His room turned out beautiful. So instead of telling you a shade, I say look at the colors of his bed set and go from there. Good Luck and congratulations.
LIGHT GREEN SUITS BEST
Yellow is really a cheerful colour & u can have pictures of trees, birds, animals on it so it provides a good backdrop.
I have always painted my rooms white, some colours can affect moods, so to add colour to your rooms do this with the curtains, bedding, table cloths, towels, paintings flowers etc, then you can also change things from one room to another so you should never get fed up with white, also this is more economical, because you get best price for buying a whole lot of white paint, also if you find dirty marks on the walls it is easy to touch up
BABY PINK OR SOFT YELLOW BECAUSE IT KEEPS THE CHILD HAPPY &JOYOUS
red
light purple its near to pink but its not a pink
pista green
Beiges, tans, browns. That kind of coloring. Perhaps with a greenish hue. Looks kinda masculine.
A light sage green color--you can treat it like a neutral and put all different colors of accessories in the room. You can use outdoors themes--like the beach, the woods, or even the jungle. I also like very pale yellow, especially if the room doesn't get much natural light.
A soft green would be nice.go to www.hgtv.com and type in nursery themes for great ideas
Decide a theme then head for the hardware store.
Purple and white checks( gingham) is cute and
you can always add splashes of red, deeper blue,
yellow and green. If you know someone who is an artist have them paint a scene on one wall.
Most hardware/paint stores have adorable wallpaper
borders along with decals to put on your wall.
You can also accent the furniture with multi-color
hardware. Have fun!
This is where you get to have the fun.
It really depends on what color scheme or theme you are going for.
