Measuring for a strange interior door?

I need to replace a few interior doors (including frame and moldings) surrounded by my house. What is the right way to standard for a new door??
I know doors come surrounded by standard sizes such as:
28x80, 30x80, etc. However, when i measure my exisitng doors their depth comes out to 31 3/4 inches and height 79 1/2. Would standard sized 32 x 80 fit?? Also, i hold to measure thickness of the wall in establish to get latest door frames. When measuring, distance varies. At the the top of the wall its 4 1/2 inches huge, middle 4 3/4 and bottom 4 1/8. What size should i pick (lowest measuring, average of three, etc)?

Thank you.

Answers:    ,tDoors are 80" X ??? if you progress to a good home center you will involve these mesurments, right or left mitt door, Measure from top of frame to top of hinge do the same for bottom hinge from top of door, also estimate from top of door to center of door handle. own the store machine the doors to your spects, HOME DEPOT where on earth I live do not offer this service, find a store next to there own millwork shop, I wage $15.00 a door in Ottawa ,CA. I would charge a customer at lowest 35.00 per door, just finished a complete house 25 doors , Do your meserment right and you will own no problems, this way you do,nt inevitability to change frames,do your measure inside the frame
A 31 3/4" door is what they call a 32" door. Should be like with the 79 1/2 and 80. I'm not sure on the length though. Go to www.lowes.com and type door or interior door in the query box. A lot of times when you search on the Lowe's website it brings up some tutorials. There might be one for measure doors.
