Some of our ceiling tiles are damaged by a leaky roof. I need 16"X32" in order to fit with the others. I have checked e-bay several times and looked at home improvement stores and on the internet.

use 24x48 ceiling tiles keep them in the box and mark the top one and cut with a skill saw. It works great and you cut like 4 and score the next one at the same time. Make sure that you do it outside though. real dusty.

You may not be able to find that exact size. You may have to buy larger ones and cut them to bit. They are easy to cut with a razor knife.
