they aren't worth much I sold mine on ebay and didn't make too much on them. They aren't high on demand, you may make a few dollars but nothing major.

It really depends on when they were made and the condition and if they are discontinued and stuff. nobody can give you a price off hand becasue they have factors and they are all different.
The best place I would suggest is on ebay. I have alot of dreamsicles myself and am always looking for more. I have been getting mine at garage sales lately.
