Has anyone bought furniture online? And what be your overall gratification?

Answers:    Personally, I have not bought furniture online, but I did work for several years for a massive furniture retailer in regulation, sales, and customer service. Now, I am front writer for a blog targeted at furniture shoppers.

I agree with the before response, first of all, that furniture is distinctly a "feel" purchase most of the time. Since we sit on furniture, lie on furniture, and expect comfort from our furniture, I touch it is best to have sit on, lied on, or felt what you are going to buy first. If, as the other response say, you find what you like and after want to buy online, I would do a couple of things first:

1. Make sure that you are buying exactly what you selected. Furniture maker are in the business of copying one another and trying to out cheap respectively other. If it isn't the same businessman, then you hold no way of knowing if it is going to touch or look exactly right (and online photos can be inaccurate).

2. I would so some serious searching for reviews of, complaints roughly speaking, and information related to the site from whom you are going to buy. I review from time to time based on customer feedback at my blog that will be within the signature below, but I have single reviewed a few online retailers to this point. Most complaints about online retailers own to do with customer service or abdication time...it is probably best if you deal beside the online side of an actual physical furniture store.

3. Make sure you have access to a physical person who know about the furniture. As annoying as salespeople CAN be, the reality is that when you are in a store they are experts who can clear up question you have give or take a few everything from color matching to construction.

I know that be a long answer, but hopefully it helped you out some. Good luck, and agree to me know if you have any question I can answer to help you further.

Sincerely,
The Furniture Guy,

You are going to enjoy furniture a long time. It is impossible to feel the comfort or look for competence issues on line. Go to a store to see and grain what you are buying. If you find what you want get model # and brand consequently shop it on line. If your store price is close buy it in that, you can ***** to them if something goes wrong beside it.
