I want to stain the concrete in my living room and other rooms.....?

but my entry way is already tiled. After the tile is removed and the floor smoothed out will the grout lines show after the staining process? If so how bad will they stand out?

Answers:
You're removing the tile I'm assuming?

You'll need to prime the concrete in order to have stain adhere to it - the primer should cover the grout lines and give you a single-tone finish.

Good luck!

Sand it down , it will give it texture, I did this it looks so nice. My living room looks so antique, I love it.

If the cement underlining is sanded properly the grout lines shouldn't show. There are some really awsome staining techniques for cement flooring now.
Sand off the mastic under the tile along with the grout and you're good to go. Kemiko stains give the best results.
