Which Showerhead has the strongest water pressure?
Answers:
Your question doesn't really have a straight answer.
The best I can do is list some factors for you.
First - if you have 3/4" lines (vs. 1/2" standard lines) you will get more water delivered to your shower head - your house would've had to been built with these lines.
Second - you may just have bad water pressure in your home.
Third - as required by law, shower heads (and all faucets) are strictly regulated in the amount of water per minute they can use.
Now... there are two things you can do:
- there are showerheads that simulate higher water pressure by having less outlet for the water - so it does come out a bit faster because the water behind it can't get out - so a bit of pressure builds. However - my fiancee has this in his home and let me tell you I don't shower any faster than I do at home with a regular shower head - because his showerhead uses less water so it kind of evens out I guess.
- this is not really recommended to do - but some faucets (and shower heads) have a regulator that you can remove to get more water coming from them. Again - you aren't supposed to do this.
Anyways - I hope this helps - even though it's not a straight answer!
