How much will it cost to insulate and sheetrock a 3000 sqft warehouse?

I'm not sure about the wall surface at this point. I have a feeling that it is just metal flashing or something. The walls are 12' - 14' high. It's a typical warehouse.

Answers:
first...u might need some fire-rated s/r depending on ur area and surrounding buildings

if its a metal building, we use drop in tile on the ceilings on metal tracks.....suspended ceilings.

rock on the walls: if ur walls r 12' tall, use 3-4ft rock, it does come 54 inches tall if ur walls r taller and it might save u some seams

length: standard is 12 ft long

take the length of all ur walls and add them together and divide by 12( the length of the rock) this will tell u how many to make one time around the walls....3 pieces high( if 12 ft)

multiply the # for one time around by 3 this will tell ya how many pieces....

material and labor here would cost me $ 35.00

insulation, figure $1.25 per sq ft of wall space.....again length x width

lic. gen. contractor

Do the math. Drywall comes in 4x8 or 4x12 sheets. Costs vary from $15.00 to $25.00 per sheet. Times the cost by the number of sheets.
