You should put a comfy chair beside a colorful cushion near the plants so you can relish the view and the smell!!! Don't buy potted plants unless you really want to...seed work just as okay...and they don't cost that much. Add a light if near isn't much there already so the plants can still thrive. Paint the veranda whatever color you want and create a homely and aromatic space for everyone!
Check out your local second have stores for items to furnish your apartment. This is an inexpensive way to find all different kind of furniture, pictures, window coverings and appurtenances. Some things may need a bit of repair or even a paint livelihood to match your colour job. You can also do a search to see if at hand are any yahoo groups in your nouns like Freecycle or Cheapcycle where on earth you can get or bestow items for free or really cheap. If you want real plants, look for ones that simply require low light so they will survive the deficiency of direct sun.
