I own not been competent to find market advantage for this type of job. Of course, I could telephone around and get estimates, but today is Saturday and most contractors are not surrounded by the office and I want to get the bid surrounded by tomorrow.

Just checking is this 35000 or 3500 sq feet? Anyway I know 30-40 per sheet is a wearing clothes rate. I mean produce it cheaper if it is a lot of sheets. Like for instance 25 sheets = $40/sheet 50 sheets = $35/sheet and $30 for over 50 sheets. You could some up next to a finishing fee per room factor that surrounded by per sheet.
Labor for sheetrock is from .10 to .15 per sq ft of rock finishing and hanging is .35-.52
