We are considering a Vermont Castings propane fireplace insert. It comes with 30000 BTU's...I deem I have that correct, near the option to turn it down. Our livingroom is just about 13 X 18. I'm worried that the room may become uncomfortably hot. Any opinions?
Also, there's a large amount of styles. Has anyone got an inference regarding "adjectives black" or antique brass, etc? And you can get one near a bay fanlight and I don't know if that's nicer or not. Lots of decisions! And "radiant" or "circulating"? I get the pilot light stays on adjectives the time.
They say they're unbelievably safe.....I hope so!
