How do I get the stuck wax out of my candelabra?
Answers:
I'm flabbergasted that every preceding suggestion involved heating it. I say freeze it if your freezer can handle the space. It should pop right out in one or two pieces.
Other answers:
IF the candelabra is steel (I presume) then slowly heating it should be pretty easy. Put it in the oven if it is small enough or even out in the sun if you have hot weather.

I'd say this sounds like a question for Liberache, but that would be too obvious & in bad taste. So I'll leave it at "I don't know".
Pick off as much as you can then get a bucket of real hot hot water and soak it keep picking at the wax and it will all come off.
Soak it in very hot water and as the wax melts, peel it off.
heat it up and scrape & wipe out...spray with cooking spray for easy clean up for the next time
put them in hot water to melt the wax
run it under warm water and use a soft cloth to gently wipe it away
boil the water and put the candelabra into the boiling water, the water won't damage the metal but melt the wax.
Try to heat it slowly and then immerse it in boiling water. Rub it clean in a few minutes. Also you can try using lemon peel or Vinegar for cleaning.
waxing armpits is very dangerous it may cause unexpected disease. the safe way is just shaving.
You could either put the candelabra in the freezer for awhile and then pop the wax right off or take a lighter and heat the wax and pull it off with your fingers.
