what about tying them to the front of your car and using them like a semaphore light. you could drive to the sea and if any ships were coming dangerously close to rocks you could signal DANGER or something like that.

maybe you could cut them into pic. frames - i am afraid they will probably end up collecting dust in your attic but koodos for trying
Buy some large canvases already framed, and separate the individual blinds. Using your hands, pliers, whatever, grab a few and twist and bend them. Staple them onto the canvas for some original 3-D art! You can even then spray paint them to match any decor..

Cut pieces in the shape of a skyline (mostly rectangular, tall and narrow but with different heights and rooflines). Sand some of them down to give texture and leave others smooth. Spray them with silver paint. Place them on a piece of matboard painted a deep blue. Take some more pieces. paint them silver and bend them over the edges of the matboard to make a frame. You will have a beautiful skyline picture and could probably make some money selling them too!
