Basement crawl sapce or concrete slab?



Answers:    If you can not have a full vault, the crawl space. It is much easier to do any work on the house if you do not have a slab, from electrical system to treating for termites. Also, the floor will be warmer.
I get both, half underground store, half crawl space. Wish I have a full basement. Makes for deeply of living space or storage.
