Are my darkened chicken boullion cubes ok to use ? and why do they cash color ? kep within a brown cool place?
Answers: They darkened because they absorbed moisture. They should be fine to use, unless they enjoy visible mold on them. They are mostly saline (read the ingredients) so should be fine.
I have never have any to turn dark. You might look and see if they hold an expired date on the bottle ...It might be wise to attain some fresh ones.
