I want to paint my bedroom, what color should i paint it?

I'd go with purple - it's soothing and vibrant.
lime green and orange
2 different colors of blue. paint the top half of the walls one blue and the botton half another blue. or, paint 2 different color blue stripes on the walls.
blue for tranquility and serenity
Use a neutral color for some of the walls, then put the dominant color of the bedspread you choose on one or two walls.-
So either pink or red. I myslef prefer dark colors in rooms. Dark red is a sexy shade!

Invite your friend in and paint a mural.

Look for the bedspread first, trust me. I was just going through this dilemma and I want all walls to cream except for one wall to be chocolate brown and i drove myself CRAZY looking for stuff to match it.
Find the bedspread, and pick colors from that.
Paint it the color of honey, the color of your flower. Hmmm.

not something bright otherwise its always going to be hot. somehthing cool like blues greens and purples.
anything but pink, red, white, black, orange, green, blue, light blue, brown, tan, or gray...anything other than those colors
cool paint it green or blue!!
It would help to know the bedspread color...I don't want to say red and your bedspread is yellow...then your room would look like a McDonald's...

I have 2 bedrooms in my place. I painted one a kid of dark green on 3 walls and bubble gum pink on one wall. I have another bedroom that I painted 3 walls yellow and the 4th is red.
create a mood with color
Red=energizing
Blue=Serene
Yellow=Cheery
Orange=Electrifying
Green=Introspective
Purple=Dramatic
How about taking the bedspread to a place that sells paint and paint each wall a different color found in the bedspread? However, you'll probably have to repaint if you change your bedroom decor unless you find another bedding set with the same colors.

well im painting my walls black on the first half and red on the second half and white on the ceiling
take a color from the bed spread that you like and try to pull it out by using it on 1 or 2 walls and with the other walls try to do the same thing stay away from the most vibrant color
I just did my bedroom and I used a gold base color and sponged some light taupe onto it. I put up a pair of purple and taupe curtains from Ikea and bought a taupe duvet with some small dark purple flowers on top (also from Ikea). It looks great and they say gold is the new taupe.
Iv'e always wanted to use uv paint on my walls so when I hook up some blacklights, the walls would glow. Or you could use glow in the dark paint on parts of the wall too. That is if your nutz like me.
Pink is calming. A nice color for a bedroom since we want to be calm to fall asleep easily in our bedrooms. Leave the other walls white and you have plenty of other accent colors that you could use.
