Depends on the type of 'drapes'. You will need to fit some kind of rail first and there are many different types. If the rail you have is plastic then the curtains will probably attach to the rail using hooks that you loop through thread along the top of the fabric. If the rail you have is wooden then there are probably wooden loops that you slide onto the end of the rail.
you can drape hooks that can help hang them perfectually, otherwise buy a book on curtain/window dressing and teach yourself to get that perfected look.
After the trial, tie a noose around it's neck and throw the other end over a strong tree branch. Pull tight untill they are freely hanging. So, what did they do wrong? LOL LOL LOL
Actually, call whoever you bought them from and they will explain how to hang those particular kind up. If not sure take one of the drapes to Lowes to the drapery section and ask the people there what you need and how to do it. They will be happy to help you. They will need to see the drapes because, depends on how they are made, as to how to hang them.
