You might try a light brown carpet with a medium brown paint on the walls and a brown print drape. Then throw some color in as the accent colors, like a blue and yellow or else lt. and darker blues. Or maybe and accent of a cream and orange. I once lived boldly with lt. brown carpet, medium brown walls and a drk, drape in my room and i threw in blue and red as the accent pieces. It looked great. Also you could go with the celery green on the walls and a lt. beige carpet and put darker green accents in the room.
