How do you remove latex paint from mat?
Answers: You can try "goo gone" it will have to be worked within with an hoary toothbrush and then blotted, it is a citrus base product and has a pleasant smell. Or you can try "oops" but be particularly careful just about soaking too much into the carpet, put it on next to a rag and rub it within gently. Don't consent to it get down to the insulation as it will make it swell up and create an even bigger problem. The dry cleaners can get paint out of clothes, if they are worth the price for you to discharge, otherwise I would just toss them, as clothes are trouble-free to replace unless you wore designer clothes that cost alot of money LOL Hopefully the spots are small and won't take alot of force and time to get out of the hearth rug Good Luck!
There is a product called "opps" (not a practical joke, actual product name). It is designed to dissolve dried latex paint. I am not sure if it it useable on clothing or carpet so you will want to read the instructions first.
