a toilet seat lid cover of nappy fabric also had a matching tank cover. can't find ....suggestions?

It's at Bed Bath & Beyond. I'm working there P/T to pay off my student loan. I most definitely remember that item because I didn't know how to fold the tank cover, and it is indeed, "nappy". I didn't care for it, but I believe BB&B is where you'll find it.
