What is a really devout paint remover/stripper?

I want to redo the radiators surrounded by my apartment and repaint them but there's a couple of layers of paint (pretty sure acrylic). What is a worthy, but inexpensive paint remover or stripper? Anything Home Depot might sell for $20 or below? I looked on their website but couldn't find anything.

Would Target sell any?

Answers:    closure strip.it works like oven cleaner. a short time ago spray it on and wipe it off. you might own to do it a couple of times but it works.
90% or more of strippers contain the same alive ingredient, Methylene Chloride. Being heavy, basically pick the can that weighs the most and it will enjoy the highest concentration. Use a fasten or semi-gel version, lots of drop cloths, lots of aeration, and brushes and picks.
