Cast Iron Radiators?

who would sandblast the paint and rust off old Iron Radiators?

Try and locate a metal fabrication shop or maybe even any auto body shop they should have sand or shot blasters and would do it for a small fee. This would probably be the best way to remove paint and rust.

You can rent a sandblaster at some hardware stores and do it your self ,,and have the pleasure knowing you did it .Be careful because if they are real bad they may have holes in them from the rust.
Just insulate your radiator not car.
