Any experts in Hot Tub maintenance and installation?

I am thinking about installing a hot tub in my home, does any one that has one or thought about getting one know some advantages or disadvantages of having one installed? Also where or what website can I find an affordable one?

You can get a good deal on e-bay. (even with the shipping cost)

If installing inside make sure the floor supports will hold the weight. If on a back deck make sure the supports will hold the weight. Water weighs about 8 lbs a gallon, so a 400 gallon hot tub would be heavy!

Also hire a professional electrician and make sure they install an emergency shut off right near the tub. (most use 220 volts)

The more hp and the more jets the better!

As for taking care of the tub, use the local hot tub store for cleaning products and maintenance! Even if you don't purchase the tub (because of the high price) from them they should be helpful on the cleaning and maintenance products and recommendations.
