Who do you think should win "Design Star" on HGTV, David or Alice?
Answers:
I think David should win because he shows more originality in his designs (I agree the pet store room was genious!).
When Temple had the yellow room and Alice had the blue room, I thought they had both showed the same amount of personality in the space. The only thing that saved Alice was her Southern charm. Plus, I think Temple's attitude was starting to grate on everyone. She needed to show more confidence in her choices instead of reminding us she had no training all the time...
I wonder if they take license with the way the show is edited to influence the viewer's reactions to the designers. Do the judges have any interaction with the designers other than the critiques?
I love this type of reality show because I'm currently installing an IKEA kitchen myself, and I noticed they've used the same. I've been waiting on a certain panel from Europe to finish installing the pantry unit next to my refrigerator for three months now. I wonder how they got so lucky as to get all the parts the same day...

Alice, definitely!
I hope Alice wins! shes adorable with great idea's
Alice! David is a great designer he just doesn't seem comfortable in front of the camera like Alice does.
What did you think of the second show when that guy Tym and the twins worked on that Master Bedroom? I absolutley loved the floors they made from plywood. I was going to hardwood floor my house and I am thinking of taking that design!
david!! alice is good on tv but david's designs are great just needs a little practice in front of the camera.
Being comfortable in front of the camera is something that can be learned. Having an incredible talent is something you have to be born with.David has it. Hands down.Look what he did with pet store products. I want to take him to a hardware store with me.
Well I love Alice and she's from texas which gives her an advantage for me but I like David's designs better. I think alice is awesome in front of the camera and agree that David is very nervous in front of the camera but I believe that he'll learn not to be. Personally if I was hiring one of the two I would pick David hands down.
