Soundproffing goes further than a moment ago replaceing the Windows
Your walls, floors, Window and Door frames as well as your window and doors must be all renovated for nouns proofing.
This is extremely expensive.
u can try this with usual good competence glass...........2mm run of the mill glass near 2mm rubber lining at adjectives the edges to separate next 4mm majority glass panel........this should brand name a good "nouns proof" combination.

In my opinion, you really can't decrease sound level very much beside a change of chalice unless you put in a significant nouns space ( 2 inches or more) between two or three layers. Just double pane window or thicker glass will not do much.
