What is a dutiful design for my room?? PLEASE HELP?

Well i have a really big room and passionate taste i don't really hold a matching room but i similar to art and i hang up alot of pictures and my room have 2 windows so it is really bright within there and i hold moon and star lights in in that and i have to repeat the room but i don't know what colors to do and what exceseries to get so i would love it if you please assistance
