When it is allowed, paint is the cheapest approach to go to jazz up and energize a room. Walmart paint is around 10-12 bucks a gallon, it's rated greatly good qualtiy too. A spanking new comforter can make a big statement, there's miles of ones to pick from. Curtains are essential as always.
Plan your room close to you play your wardrobe. A floral dress, combined with another model in shoes, combined next to another pattern contained by a purse would spell disaster. YIKES! Do the same near your choices in pattern.
Planing: Not even the best decorator flies from the seat of their pant unfortunately. Go to the library, look online, etc. and procure an idea of the best room and go from in attendance.
Purchasing: Restraint is the biggest key to style no event how bold or soft you decided to jump. Pick one spot in the room to draw your eye to, later work with downplaying other parts of the room.
Lastly, buying paraphernalia for your room is expensive. Putting your posters at "eye level" in the room is a start. Make a collage of sort. If you move furniture around the room you'll be surprised how different things can look. Buying a cheap shelf can do amazing things by organize your knick knacks. There's tons of possibility. Just have fun, and if you don't resembling something you can always switch it back! Have fun!
Blue is best for the bedroom - it's thoroughly relaxing & serene. I would do Sherwin Williams "Bathe Blue," and maybe do at lowest possible one wall in "lakeshore."
If you want to be more rumbustious than that, then conceivably try "tempe star" with "inventive ginger."
For your bedding, maybe choose an animal outline (like tiger or giraffe) or stripes.
