How much do i flaw up plumbing&electrical,supplies,s... contractor work when building a pool for a customer?

Answers:    I always jump 25%. This covers the cost of buying and going to pick it up at the supplier. Wholesale plus 25% brings it close to what a customer can get it retail for. Many customers want to buy their own materials, but since they tend to buy "cheap stuff" I agree to them know that I will not provide a warranty on these products.
you talking supplies ...as within supplies,,,wire pvc or are you thinkin of doing it your self ...the actual electrics and plumbing of a pool isnt as easy as it looks and hose down and electricity can kill save done right and as for plumbing...no room for error there any cuz its UNDER the pool....and if not correct will cost big time to fix...thats the grounds you need to hold these things done by people who know the work,,,,they already enjoy the mark up surrounded by their bids....remember the inspectors are going to see if its up to code....touchy stuff for the do it yourselfer...save yourself some headeach and fashion your mark up on something else
