Decorating the bedroom involve some thinking?
He have bought a black/white duvet set with diamond cut-out on, ( I havent seen it yet) and he be wanting to just thesis the room white i think it would look too cold. The weekly has to be embossed considerate due to the state of the walls. He also has some black and white prints of New York he is putting up.
What colour scheme could we use that the duvet cover would go beside? Even if we just painted the 1 wall that the bed skipper goes against... I wouldnt really similar to just black and white (im sunderland lol) Anyone next to any ideas? its one and only a small room.
Answers: I would go for matt black foremost wall, matt paint hides the doomed to failure walls & can look really stylish. Team it with Silver coloured chandeliers & wall lights on the black wall, can pick up some really modern cheap ones. Use as much silver as you can & may be a few mirrors to present the impression of space.
Go for minimal furniture & the surrounding walls paint matt white, is cheaper than daily & looks a million times better. If you do want to go for tabloid, use the thickest lining quality newspaper you can find embossed looks cheap & tacky very soon & paint the same matt white.
The colour of the runner is fantastic, well that's assuming it's low red as black, white & red really set each other sour.
add some Red. .
Ok ,if the room is small--use gold ingots behind the headboard-I touch red is to much for a small space-please respect some of his taste-if you love him-most fellows dont do anything to serve!
A light blue, approaching Sherwin Williams' "swimming" would be *beautiful* with black & white, and blue is the fail-safe color to use in the bedroom because it's enormously calming & serene.

If that blue does not coordinate very well with the shades contained by the carpet, afterwards try a green - like "mint condition", b/c to be exact red's complimentary color on the color wheel.
if you want basically Black & white then you could do basically that, but you're right.. it will be very stark. you could try to bring within just a tad of buff or maybe gray into the room. for color, anything will coordinate near black and white. try looking at Benj. moore HC-43 tyler taupe.. it's a deep sunburn. would give you a exceedingly strong look. there is a type of paint out near in home increase world that is resembling a clear acrylic. hang aluminum foil on the entire bed wall, paint a tad of black and white on it...find creative you could almost just fashion random results or an intricate design... then paint this clear paint over the foil to stamp it in. would be hugely dramatic and funky.
i would keep most of the white to keep hold of the room from appearing too small with a brown color.
Be careful not to make a payment too much black to the room.
I agree with you, since it is a bedroom, black and white would be a bit too wide-ranging eyed and shocking everytime you go in attendance to rest.
But.................it can work if you tone it down a bit. The bones of black and white are great ......i suggest....
that you use a medium green color astern the bed.....then incorporate green accent around the room.
Black and white looks very 'sterile' and industrial ....so attach some life to the room....i suggest some live full looking green plants contained by black and white funky containers that make a big bold statement.
Also ...use withdraw from green glass vase to add to the contemporary look of the room ....nonetheless add some color and interest. You could even use chalice bowls .....they are great as 'catch alls' on the dressers.
For the fanlight treatment....i suggest a sheer medium green scarf to drape over the top and freshly hang to the floor on any side. I have included a material sample to dispense you an idea of the color I am conversation about.

Very neat print that would tie surrounded by the black and the white with the green aspect.....markedly very dramatic...and my personal pick:

Would rather enjoy the red on the floor instead of the walls, so maybe the mat isn't so bad after adjectives. Think I would try to "soften" the stark black and white by using inexpensive white sheers hung ceiling to floor behind the bed and possibly one on each side of the bed & draped to ceiling hooks at the foot of the bed. Then add on more color with ornate bed pillows and light fixtues.
