No problems whatsoever. They do what they say and sell quality. However, follow all of their instructions. If they tell you to leave the wood piled up in the rooms in which it will be installed for a week, do it. Remember, they are warranting the wood and not the labor, so make certain that the installers don't damage the wood.

Yes, I have used them with fairly good results. My only problem was that the materials took a bit longer to come in than first told. We were told it would be a 10 day delivery time, it took them nearly 38 days for the material to come in. Product was great. I ordered specialty stair treads.
