Theme for my room?

I saw a great theme...beach. The whole room was painted like the beach, and the deco was beach themed. SO nice!
Or, since you like japanamation - go with that! print out some pics and frame them, and pick a color scheme and go with it. You can probably do this pretty cheaply.

Maybe, you should think about how all of existence is your room that isn't just for you (because nothing is just for you, everything is for everyone).
OK for you you can start of with like safari or hawainn but for you i prefer getting a room with posters all over like music artistests and lots ok anime films like spritired away and there really cheap to like 3 bucks each
You could go for a Zen theme....you'd like it for longer than just your preteen years. It could incorporate your interest in books and although japanimation probably wouldn't go with it very well, it is Japanese!
Why not go for accesories ,put the bed down low similar to a futon, pop a big fan behind the bed`like a bed head,then get some red & black Japanese inspired bed linen with matching silky pillows, to make it look oriental.
Maybe set up a corner with a low table and some cushions and use as your reading /music corner.Then decorate the walls with posters of your favorite japananation shows.Make it truly your own which you can swap and change..Good luck Lady sym
