How much does it cost to finish a basement?

I have a 1,310 sqf basement. It needs some water proofing (already has a French drain). It has a cement floor, but other than that it’s bare.

1) It needs some water proofing
2) It needs walls
3) It needs ceiling
4) It needs floor
5) It needs bathroom

Not a do it yourself project, I want to hire somebody.
I live in NJ (if that’s a factor in calculating the price).

no electrical? from $100 square foot depending on the condition. drop ceilings/Sheetrock, fixtures,etc...

if idid it i'd need to come and look at the job before i would give you a solid bid , you can probably get a ballpark figure,so you'll have some idea. get 3 bids or a friend,good luck
