You can create a mosaic out of it, like into a tray, coasters, glue the broken pieces onto a pot after breaking them into smaller pieces, etc., all kinds of ways to reuse them. Good luck.

If the lamp shade is still good try to find a dummy leg and put it in fish net stocking and in a red high heel. Make a lamp like they did in the Christmas Story. For the base of your problem try using it as a plant holder.
