when removing wall paper use fabric softner hot water and what other items?

SInce no one answered what else you will need, let me help you...You'll need "Dif" wallpaper remover(not fabric softener). A "tiger" scoring tool. A garden sprayer (pump type). A scraping tool of some sort.

You will score (lightly) and puncture the wallpaper surface. Put hot water and DIF together and soak the whole wall surface. Let it sit for a few minutes and then start to scrape, being careful to not gouge the wall.

I just use hot water...nothing else. Put the water on the wall, let sit for a couple of minutes, then simply pull off. Works everytime.

I always used vinigar and water works real well but a little smelly.
a scoring tool is best and if you do use fabric softener remember use a mild scented one....
