every one has their own speed ,average time , with material ready on job ,square rooms ,straight walls with studs available two and one half hours for a 12 by 15 room for crown and two hrs for a 10 by 12 room, chair rail & every job is different.depending on working conditions Does not include spakling or chaulking.
