I am in search of the porcelain balls on posts of a daybed..What are they called, where do I find them?

Finials--hardware stores, lumber supply, and objects tha you can make into or modify to work the samw way (usually screw ito the male end of the post.)

You can find them at any furniture store. They are mostly interchangeable, so you can change the 'look'.
