What a fun question to answer!
Music - Get a homestereo theartre system (5.1 Surround). Sony is my favorite brand. Get a combo unit that can play all your tunes and crank out serious wattage for your TV & Movies. To complete that package, get a cool HDTV and make sure it's the same size as your age. A man's TV should always match his age. Throw in a PlayStation 3 so you can enjoy games and DVD's.
Food & Beverage - Get a fridge with one of those ice cube and water dispensers. Make sure it has capacity for flats of beer (for the lads) and 4 ltr coolers (for the honeys). Keep it stocked with microvavable foodstuffs.
Decor - Choose a nice colour scheme for your decked out pad. If it's trendy, retro or sporty, make sure that it matches everything else and isn't tacky.
Finally throw in some friends (and the pretty ladies of course) and your place is the set of a new beer ad!
