Bought a house?

I just bought a house, moved surrounded by and all. We salaried a home inspector 350 to inspect it and since we moved in 2 weeks ago, The tub fixtures have to be replaced, we are finding soft spots everywhere, and the top deck in the wager on off the master bedroom have almost collapsed. Can I do anything about these problems that should own been inspected within the first place or I a new owner of a money pit?

Answers:    I am totally sorry about your situation, but hopefully if any suitable should come from it, perhaps a few empire will read this thread and learn once and for adjectives HOME INSPECTORS ARE USELESS!!

If you are going to but a home, have it inspected by citizens who know what they are looking at, not by some joker next to a van and flashlight.

Call a roofer to look at the roof = $100
Call a builder to look at the structure = $100
Call a plumber to look at the plumbing = $100
Call an electrician to look the electrical systems = $100
Call a landscaper to check the grading outside the foundation walls and the trees = $100
Call a renovator to check the floors doors
and window = $100
Call HVAC guy to check out the furnace and AC units = $100.

Okay so very soon you've spent $700 instead of $350 big f-ing deal, but presently you have ALL the expertise you need and know exactly what you are getting into. These guys are gonna be ultra picky, because they will be looking for adjectives work. When you consider what you are paying for the house 100,000 - 200, 000 300,000 more? what does 350 mean, especially if you return with negotiating chips from empire that know what they are looking at/for. Seems to me $700 or so bucks is a small price to pay to avoid situations such as this.

Sorry to rant . . .
You'll own to read through the terms of your home inspection- anything you signed. The person probably covered their butt within, but see if there's anything included in within about "things he/she missed". You might know how to get your 350 bucks fund, but I doubt you'll get anything else.
