Don't over do it. Choose your accessories in the same colors as your tiles, this way you don't need to fuss with a theme and you'll end up with a polished bathroom. The colors in your tiles sound like they will do the work for you! Have you considered grey/green/burg towels layered? You can also layer the shower and window curtins... I really think these colors will look great!

if is the guest bath just go with simple, baskets and nice towels, I moved recently and decorated my bathroom like a spa kinda thing, everybody loves it, got compliments very often :)
I remember painting a house in grade school with gray and burgandy, and the neighbors have a house in that color. They put contrast white to brighten the house. You might try a thin line of black to shadow a gray picket fence, thin knick-knack shelf or fake birdhouse corner shelf. You might paint a pea green (use dark and light adjacent pea green colors for brightness) vine with burgandy flowers, buds or birds. Dark and light close together brighten each other. Framed pictures with animals, fish or birds might repeat your colors.
The color that stands out the most in the border take a piece to paint store have them macth it.
Maybe go with something tropical. Like birds
maybe a color or a picture that goes good with your tile color!
