What considerate of bugs are these?

When prepping a room with 25yr mature grass cloth wallpaper to be painted we noticed small bugs drinking the paper.

They be quite small, aprox 3/8 long at the most and a moment or two bit fuzzy looking. They appeared to be eating the grass cloth as where we found them, the paper be fairly unclothed.

We painted over them, figuring that that would murder them, but I still see some now and next in uncharacteristic places, like bathroom throw rugs (cotton) and on some folded quilts (cotton) and even contained by fabrics for making quilts (cotton).


Answers:    I've see them too in my grasscloth wallpaper. We painted over them too. I'll be elatedly awaiting to hear a good answer. Oh and yeah... similar to was said above me, put one within a jar or baggie, but take it to a pest control shop.
