How do u put voiles lying on curtains?

this probably sounds like a silly examine, but i'm wanting to buy some curtain (preferably ready made) and swing some voiles in front of the curtains to some extent than underneath to give the curtains a silky type of look...is nearby a way i can sway them up together without sewing as i'm not thoroughly good at it...would i entail to buy a double pole or something :S :S i seen it done within a shop a while ago on display and forget to check out how they did it grrrr...

advice would be apreciated..gratefulness

Answers:    Go to the fabric or drapery store (I infer Walmart would have them too) and return with the pinch rings for drapes. Since you do not sew, I would take the rings and pinch them to the curtains together at the tops. Then put the rings on the rod to swing. I would place them about every 6" or so, and if the sheers are fuller next the curtain, then fold the sheers contained by a little bit and lock in the fold in the pinch. Good luck.
Voile is a type of yard goods. I am guessing that you want to hang sheers over the regular curtains. The easiest agency to do that is lay the regular curtain out and lay the sheer higher than it. Using a needle and thread beat stitch the top of the sheer to the top of the regular curtain. Hang the drapes as you normally would. You inevitability to make the sheers and the curtains into one component or they will not drape together correctly. Good Luck!
