I'm in San DIego county and had Best Window Tinting (800-272-1700) install and provide my tint. I will give give you the toll free number I used down here, but they have local franchises and there is probably one in Irvine or close to you. I like them because they not only give a lifetime warranty to the tint, but also to the window! Check their website, they offer a 20% discount.

My neighbor used them and developed condensation on their second story living room picture window. No questions asked, they replaced the triple pane huge window and continued the warranty.
